My lil sister is pregnant and she doesn't want the child. She wanted to know is there anyway that she can give me custdoy of the child when she gives birth without any legal fees. (like if i'm going to adoption the child, is there any way.) Please get back to me anyone. I need the help.

i think there is some way but i am just not sure of how, because my cousin was going to go to jail and he wanted my mom to have his children so my mom was going to adopt them but then she didn't need to because he didn't go... so i'm not sure exactly how but i know there is a way... maybe go see a lawyer? or talk to the cityt hall? i'm sure someone in your city can answer your question

You can alsways call a family attorney they will probably give you the info over the phone without having to go in and being charged. I think she probably could though. There are certin laws that help mothers wanting to give there child to immediate family members. Dunno for sure though. Sorry if I wasn't much hhelp. Sad
