none of my questions are ever answered....

after having sex, no matter how long i lay still for, my husband's semen seems to always come right out of me.

could this be the reason I am not getting pregnant?

Maybe if you gave it more that 15 minutes you would get a responce. Also, you are posting in the wrong forum. If you are trying to get pregnant, post there. If not, you can post in women's sexual health.

Not necessarily. There should be enough of the little swimmers that some of them get to where they need to be. You can try laying with a pillow underneath your bum for awhile to help move the sperm up. How long have you been ttc? Do you chart your ovulation? Know that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive.

I'll answer you but the reason I didn't answer is I don't know. Whenever I stand up to use the bathroom after or whatever gravity takes ahold. But that is for everyone I assume. Maybe try a pillow under your bum after sex for about 10 mins or so if you are ttc. But I really don't know sorry.

it takes the average healthy couple up to a year to conceive. 4 months really isn't that long.

Hmmm.......
This girl Iknew told me that she didn't want to get preggers so she would stand up after sex to make it all come out, but after a while one day that didn't work and she did end up getting preggers. So my advice to you would be to try not to worry to much, and stay lying down for a while after before you get up, that may give the sperm time to travel inside so even if some does come out it all won't. Remember it only takes one sperm to get you pregnant.

The sperm has to get through the cervix--- if it's in your vagina after sex and leaks out, it doesn't matter because that sperm wasn't in the cervix anyway.

Only a little bit needs to get in there!
