Hi
I am new to this forum. It seems there are many nice people posting here so I hope someone can help me. I have had discoid lupus for 4 years. I haven't had a flare in almost a year. Then I got pregnant-on birthcontrol go figure. I am exactly 3 months along. Yesterday I started with the discoid rash. I know I cannot use lidex cream during pregnancy. Does anyone have any ideas what could be used. I have an appointment with my rheum tomorrow, but I want to get others feedback. I also had positive anitcardiolipin antibodies, but medium to low level so I am not on any anticoagulant as of yet. However, I had another level in my thrombophelia panel come back positive too and now that have me on folic acid 4mg, B12 1mg, and B6 50mg everyday in addition to my prenatal vitamin. I also developed a subchorionic bleed in my 6th week ugh. I am an ER nurse and am now on light duty, sitting at a desk bored and depressed. I need advice, and would love to communicate with anyone who has been pregnant with lupus.
Thanks
