Prednisone is a corticosteroid drug. Corticosteroids are mentioned in the list of drugs which can interact with oral contraceptives when used together. Dosage correction might be necessary if you use both drugs at the same time. You can consult your gynecologist about correcting your dosage to the correct amount.
