Ive always had a problem with how tight my foreskin has always been but only when erect, well i finally took the plunge whilst in the bath i pulled my foeskin back to the head and got an erection however there was slight pain mainly on the tip the head but nothing that would make me yell out loud, If i have it circumsised then i wouldnt really be making much progress other than cutting out a very dull small pain.

Should i keep my foreskin pulled back during the day and just leave it so that maybe it'll slowly expand the skin or will it cut off the blood supply?

any one else outthere got the same problem?

I would not suggest leaving it retracted all day as this could indeed cut off the blood flow to the head of the penis.

From what I have read, your condition is called Phimosis, and many men have found success in slowly stretching the foreskin over a few months. You can't pull it so tight you feel pain because that can cause scarring which will be too tough to stretch.
