Q: Trouble getting my breath + can't sleep at night

i have trouble getting my breath. its like im trying to yawn but it never happens, i do it now about every few mins. it makes my throat and chest hurt. when i finally get a good breath, i will be fine for a few mins. and it starts again. I cant sleep at night, because im try to get that good breathe.

You can request a physical examination (auscultation) and lung functional tests (vital capacity, pick-expiratory-flow…) to check if you really have some breading difficulties or if you are imagining difficulty breathing. Given your medical history which includes a sleeping disorder and depression, anxiety could be the cause for “breathing difficulties”.
