Hi,

I'm and eighteen year old male. I recently started having pain in my right testicle, right hip, and right side of my lower back. My right inguinal lymph node is also semi-swollen. I am sexually active, and had sex with two girls in the last two months. I also have self diagnosed thrush that seems to be going away with antifungal lotion. I am worried about this problem. I've read other forums about a swollen epididymis and I seem to fit the symptoms exactly. I've located exactly what triggers the pain. It is a spot on the underside of my testicle. There are no lumps. I would like to know if thrush or the swollen epididymis can cause the swollen lymph node. I need some advice on whether or not this sounds like a swollen epididymus. It only started three or four days ago, and seems to have gotten a little better today. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks.
