Here are some home remedies to deal with Insomnia.


1. Chamomile Tea before going to bed heps you sleep well.

2. Try eating a banana one hour before going to bed.

3. Take one teaspoon honey before going to bed.

4. Say no to Caffeine.

5. Warm milk with a pinch of Cinnamon helps you sleep well.

6. A warm bath with lavender oil, a pillow sprinkled with lavender oil, or a lavender sachet stuck in your pillow will help you to relax and feel sleepy.
