Hi guys.

About 1 year ago I fell during a training and injured the ligaments. The doctors tried a walking boot for 2 weeks but my ligaments were too loose. Now I'm in a stirrup brace until my surgery and I'm not allowed to walk on sand, uneven surfaces, grass, loose rocks, run, etc. What's this surgery recovery like?
