am 24 year old and i have been trying to get pregrant since 4 year ago.i aslo have inregular menstrustion.can some help me i ready need this.

You need to go to a fertility specialist if you have TTC for 4 years. The avg person gets pg in a year and they say to seek medical advice if not within that year. Best wishes.
