I had 1 smoke all day ..... and I was a cranky b**** .
Today is the day tho .... I think I've gotten over the crankyness, I don't want my morning smoke (it's 7am here now- Friday Morn)...
I could always kick the cat if I get narky tho (joke) no reporting me to the RSPCA !!
How's your day going? I must admit - hardest place NOT to smoke is in the car !! I get terrible Road Rage .. and I wanted to slap the silly nork driving in front of me last night !! But I put on some soothing tunes, and it calmed me down ... Motown Music saved the day ...
