Q: Symptoms of Hernia

Hello,
I noticed small painless lump in my abdomen, and I can push it back into my abdomen!!!! I am afraid this might be hernia. Could, someone, please, give me some more details on symptoms of hernia.

I had surgery for an inguinal hernia in january and I asked my doctor about abdominal workouts, and although he didn't say anything about it benefiting, he didn't say it would do any harm if I waited 6 weeks. As soon as the 6 weeks was up though, I returned to my abdominal routine. At first sometimes it would hurt and I would back of, but now it's fine. Hell, I even have a 6 pack now. I say you might as well do some ab workout even if it doesn't benefit the repair as all of the benefits of having a strong core, such as being sexy lol.
