Q: Elbow

I think I have fluid on my elbow. There is a slight pain right now but nothing unbearable. It mainly stiffens up when settled to long and it is soft and swollen. I had fluid on the knee when younger and I just don't know if the same thing can happen on the elbow. If anyone really reads these things I could use a reply. Thanks for your anticipated help.
