I was wandering if someone could help me decipher my eye glass prescription because the doctor just said my eyes had changed a little and ignored any thing else i had to ask them. I recently tried for SSI on many medical conditions and also stated my vision, but am confused by there terminology and how to get that from my prescription, it states that

"To be eligible for SSI benefits because of blindness, you must be either totally blind or have very poor eyesight. SSI defines blindness as 20/200 vision or less in your better eye with best correction; or your visual field is 20 degrees or less, even with a corrective lens."

Now Im not saying i am blind or anything just trying to figure this out myself below is my listing and if someone can relate to me what my prescription means 20/40, 20/200, 20/100? I am just confused and just trying to see where my visual field and acuity rates with this prescription. The prescription is as follows

OD -3.75 -1.50 025
OS -3.75 -1.50 180

If someone could please email me or let me know when they post a response to this my email is [removed]
