I have been feeling dizzy, but not all the time, and nothing seems to aggrivate it or help it, it just shows up. I also feel wierd sensations in my head. Sometimes it is tingling or other times it is sharp pains. Some days are better then others. Also some times I feel like I am about to throw up, but like the dizziness it comes and goes. I have a history of worrying about my health, and I am so scared that something could be wrong. Does anybody know what my symptoms describe?

What are you eating? Maybe you should write down exactly what and when you're eating and look for some patterns.
