Q: Painful pimple on the inside of my vagina next to clitoris

I have what I think is a pimple on the inside of my vagina, it is right by my clitoris and it is very painful. Any idea of what it could be?

It is hard to postulate about the possible causes of the “painful pimple right by your clitoris” without seeing it (visual inspection). However, you could be experiencing some type of localized infection. You SHOULD visit your gynecologist for a consultation and follow up.
