Hey does everybody get morning sickness while being pregnant me all i have is tiredness and sometimes feeling like i have to throw up but i was just wondering if maybe that means something bad to not have any signs

no.. not everyone gets mornnig sickness...
every womans pregnancy is different...

Yes. But there are people out there that may not morning sickness
