I have been coughing up strange round and oval, semi-transparent things about 1 or 2 mm that look like eggs to me; when they are big enough, I can see something long and yellowish inside. I take Vermox to get rid of parasites every six month, and two month ago, I actually took 3 pills of Vermox over 3 days and for a while, I was coughing up these "eggs" a lot less. I've also felt a lot less hungry than I used to be (I'd eat about every two or three hours before that).
Unfortunatly, I'm still coughing up these eggs, even if not as much as before, and I am getting worried: no doctor I have gone to seems to know what they are. Unfortunately, I live in a small West African country (Senegal) and I don't know how qualified the people I have seen are. I'm wondering what I have and how to get rid of it. I've had them for close to 2 years, now (I thought taking Vermox regularly would help, but I guess not), and other than my increase of appetite, I don't feel affected in any other way.

The “strange round and oval, semi-transparent things about 1 or 2 mm that look like eggs” can be examined by a microbiologist to reveal their nature. Without a microbiological examination, it's not possible speculate about the type or nature of a possible disease.
