Well for me early pregnancy pains felt just like menstral cramps just a little shorter. And I had no signs or symptoms for a while. I just started to get nausea at 10 and a half weeks. no vomiting but nausea for about 1-3 hours. Everyone is different though. Have you missed your period yet? No HPT yet?

yes I agree I had period like cramps and my breasts felt sore and that was what made me test

Yes my breast were sore too but that's normal for me when my period is due. I only tested because my cramps were a little lighter and i was 3 days late.
