Q: Frontal Lobe Brain Injury Apathetic Type

My cousin had a car accident, and he had a brain injury on the frontal lobe. I heard my relatives saying something about apathetic type related with that injury, I tried to get some info on the net but I only understood that is inability or something related with getting jobs. What is apathetic type ?
