Q: Severe Postnatal Depression Wih Last Child Pregnant Whats

My wife gave birth to our last child 4 months ago , since then the things are getting worse with her depression, She's moody always thinking something, she became distant... She is depressed 80 % of the time. how can I help her and make her feel better ? Please any advice
