i know i've talked about birth control and pregnacy for soem time now. but i just want to be 100% on this. i've been on tri-cyclen for 2 weeks and 1 day now. and i know this was very foolish of me and i should have known better, but my boyfriend came in me today. i've been taking the pill 99.9% correct. that other 0.1% was when i "missed" the pill hour and a half only. please tell me my chances of being pregnant! please and thank you!

If you're taking the pill, then you are protected against pregnancy, that's what the pill is for after all. Laughing While no method is 100% effective, the pill is around 99% effective when taken as intended, even if he ejaculates in you every time.

It wasn't foolish of you. That's why we take the pill.

You would be foolish if you tried to use the pull out method or something. The pill is a proven protection against pregnancy.

if you are taking the pill for more than 2 weeks consistently, then you are protected already against pregnancy. Don't worry though nothing is 100% effective, pills are highly effective type of BC
