Q: Cml Anyone Got It ?

I was diagnosed with CML in July 2006 and have been on gleevec since then. Its doing its job and I feel good. I am a 52 yr. old female and just need some others to talk to who are going through the same thing. My friends can't know what its like to have this. Sometimes I just need to know others are out there who have it and what they are dealing with...I try to stay happy Very Happy

but it can be hard at times.... Sad

CML, Epilepsy and Fibromyalgia

I was diagnosed in Oct 05 and have been on Glivec ever since and touch wood everything is going well. However, due to my other illnesses I find that being on Glivec and the epilepsy medication it can effect what pain relief medication I can be prescribed for Fibromyalgia. I have just read karengail's post and understand how she feels as sometimes I feel down and that way. Love to all and keep on fighting Jo T x
