My mom is 81 years young and started with
paranoia (neighbors talking about and
after her). It became so bad I moved her
in with me. Her fears have subsided
dramatically, but she STILL hears music
playing at all hours of the night.
Could this be the beginning stages of
Alzheimer's? Simple paranoia?
Schitzophrenia?

I doubt its schizophrenia because if it
was, it probably would have manifested in
her YEARS earlier... but i'm not sure on
this. it's possible (but unlikley) for it
to show in later later life, but the
chances are extremly rare. Seek the
opinion of a medical proffessional.
