Q: Trilevlen Birth Control

I was just wondering if anyone knows how effective this drug is. My girlfriend has been on it for about 7 months now and I was just wondering if it works even 1 or 2 days after her period finishes. She has never missed a pill but it still concerns me. Please someone explain to me if this is to much of a risk and if i should look at an alternative such as plan B.

There is no use for plan b.
