Should the United States people pay more taxes to provide universal health care? Or should health care remain privatized in the U.S.?

Especially eHealthy
You don't have to pay more taxes, you just have to reorganize where there current taxes are going - aka, away from the military.
But yes, America needs Universal Health Care.
