Diabetic Diet For One On the Go

Welcome to e-health. Sorry this took so long. There are a lot of good products for diabetics in the market these days. For me it was a matter of changing my eating habits. I had to add a lot more fresh veggies and fruits to my diet. It is a balancing act with our diets. I had to learn how to eat smaller meals more often. Even if you eat a lot of fast food, just changing your choices will help. e.g. have a cheeseburger, with salad instead of fries, etc. Hope this helps.
