Ive had yellow semen for about a year now, I thought it might be clymidia but Ive havent had sex for 3 years and have never done it unprotected.
so can it lay dorment or something for two years then show up?
I had a urine test because I pee all the time and it came back clear, so I had another one done and it was the same.

So my questions are:

Does clymidia show on a urine test?
what else could it be that doesnt show on a urine test?

The doctors, both that I saw said that its all clear so theres nothing they can do and the peeing should go away but it hasnt. I went back but they said that anything abnormal would show on a urine test.

I have no inflammation of the testes and it doesnt hurt when I ejaculate or pee.
Any help?

also one last thing, I know that sometimes pee gets moxed with semen (im training to be a healthcare scientist) and sometimes theres no pee in it at all, but would pee in semen become an infection risk during sex?
