Many women come out of divorce exausted, desperate, depressed. And there are many cases where the child custody is given to the father due to financial reasons... what happens with these women afterwards ? Are there any organizations that protect them and reopen cases maybe to give good lawyers and custodies back to the mothers ?

I've seen many cases of this................but the common assumption is that the mother is the better parent.............this is not always the case.............when drug abuse or perhaps mental illness is an issue.................ithink the courts do the best they can with the knowledge they have ..............again some people will fall thru................if people would think only about the childrens welfare..............instead of their own personal gripes than everyone would be better off...................a good start would be someone in social services and they could direct you to more specialized services Smile
