Q: I'm High Strung

HI,

Basically I'm a little high strung, I've had premature ejaculation for a long time and I'm sure that some of it comes from the fact that i am high strung

my "high strungness" has given me health issues like

TMJ
sleepnessness
severe stomach acid (ulcers)
PE

luckily my stomach problems have subsided through exercise
my TMJ and sleepnessness comes and goes

I wish my "high strungness" would go away.

Does anyone have any ideas ?

Should I look at anti anxiety drugs?? I occationally take clonazepam to help me sleep but I try to avoid it because it's addictive

Aren't anti-anxiety habit forming??

any ideas are greatly appreciated

You may want to try a natural remedy like passionflower. You can get it at any health food or vitamin store. I can be used for insomnia, anxiety, and stress. Chamomile is also good for anxiety. Aromatherapy is good (Lavendar is good for anxiety). You can also try massage therapy. There are lots of options....it just may take a while to find one that works for you. Good luck!

Extremely eHealthy
Goes right along with anxiety most of the time. Most that I know of can be habit forming.
Have you had your thyroid checked lately?
