Wish Me Luck

After 2 weeks home recovering from my surgery and mainly dealing with my emotions and heartbreak with the loss of our baby I will be returning back to work. I don't know what to expect from them. I am afraid that since I was out they are going to let me go. Heck the last time I missed 2 days for a ovarian cyst rupture they wrote me up and I went to the emergency room. ( i have one of thoes jobs that is high profile and I have been told i was hired for a job where i needed to be present at all times)

With everything that has happened in the past few months, perhaps it would be best for me and my company if I find another position.

* on a side note i finaly felt well enough and worked out at the gym today! woohoo!

way to go with the gym, i'm sure that must have given you a bit of a lift.

i can't believe they would penalize you for taking time off for something like this. that is so harsh. if they were to act in any way other than concerned and supportive, i don't know if i'd want to work there either, personally. i hope nothing like that happens. geez what a thing to have to worry about after all you've just been through. you are one tough chicky! i'll be hoping for the best and wishing you lots of luck on your return to work!

i guess i was worried over nothing.. everything is the same and better. All of my coworkers have been taking turns welcoming me back and wishing me and my family the best. Lots of hugs all arround. It feels good to be missed Smile .

I am doing better now that I am back at work as well. Passes the time better than daytime TV. Laughing

that is a wonderful thought Laughing and it will probably last for a few weeks... then back to normal. Smile

It did make me feel really needed when some of my customers were razzing me and said i am not allowed to leave for that long ever again Laughing
I did divulge to a few that knew i was pregnant what happened and they sent their condolances and I even had a few cards in my mailbox at work from clients. And to think I thought i was going to come back and loose my job over time missed Exclamation Shocked I guess sometimes people surprise you in times of need.
