Its been over 18 months since I picked up a cigarette and I am so proud of myself every day. I smoked 2 packs per day for 20 years and was finally able to put them down when I turned 35.

I quit through the use of low level laser therapy. I know that there are clinics all over the country but the one that I quit at in Florida was healing laser clinics of lake mary. You can check out their website at [link removed] Not sure if I can post that here but its not like they sell anything online and they have really good info.

The therapy was painless with no side effects and it only took 40 minutes. They taught me how to avoid the mental cravings and the laser took care of my physcial cravings.

I have sent half of my family and all of the smoking friends there and most of them quit too. I love to spread the word about this therapy because it was the most important decision I ever made in my life.

Congrats! I am going on 8 months no smoking. I smoked for a little over 10 years. I feel so much better to this day. And i just hope i can keep it up. I have quit before, and started again. But never for this long.
