hiya there..well i had a very simular thing to you a while back and it was a polyp..i had an operation to remove it and its all fine now..they usually occur when you have alot of ear troubles, i was terrible for digging my ears all the time with keys etc!!and the outside kept getting infected which is why my polyp occured, just go see your dr and im sure he will put your mind at ease.
