Q: Government Spraying Not Smokers Cause Lung Cancer

I have just watched a youtube clip which states that the government sprayed the british public with chemicals that cause Lung Cancer.
This was quite recent in 1979 .
If true which it seems to be, this would explain the massive deaths caused by Lung Cancer in non-smokers.

I wouldn't be surprised. After all the government is also responsible for the "terrorist" bombings that occured there recently.

but you can get lung cancer by not smokeing also

Well yes you can get lung cancer from not smoking but if the numbers increased abnormally after this supposed incident then I would have no problem believing it. America and Britain both have extremely corrupt governments.
