hello, well i'm 37.5 weeks pregant and last night and periodically this week i have been having some pretty painful cramping in my lower belly and pain in my hips and lower back. Ususally i think bh are higher but these seem to be lower? Are these contractions or do bh change when you get further along? when i get this pain is kinda seems like it last for several minutes but they are not regular. Anyone experiencing the same? I can't wait to go into labor and have my baby lol, hope he comes next week.

i've been having the same for over a week, maybe two weeks. but they go away in time. i'm trying not to pay too much attention to them because it's just going to frustrate me. i've been fooled a few times now, lol.

They sound like Braxton-Hicks to me. They can feel just like the real thing...as a matter of fact, I couldn't tell the difference toward the end of my pregnancy. I did that for about the last month solid with my 2nd child.
Don't worry about them too much, but it is possible that you will go into labor soon. Just start timing them if you notice that they are coming more regularly. If they start getting painful but still irregular, call your doctor or ER and see what they think.

i'm going through exactly what you described right now. i've also had some nausea at times and my face gets kind of hot and flushed. i also have some kind of new pain in my inner thighs that feels like i've pulled muscles on both sides and i can barely walk. oy.

mine has been going on like this for about two weeks only getting slightly stronger and happening slightly more often. it seems to go away a little when i lie down. it's a little bit annoying really but i can still feel the baby moving so i'm hoping he or she isn't too squished in there.

i guess i kind of just repeated myself. lol. pregnancy brain. Rolling Eyes
