I've had a stomach ache for the past 24 hours now. I have tried going to the toilet several times because I feel rather bloated, but I was only successful once (after much difficulty).

I have recently vomited up two white coloured things. I have no idea what they were. They were around 4 cm long, 1.5 cm wide, and 1 mm thick. The ends were rounded. They were rather hard to cut through with a toothpick. Unfortunately they have since been disposed of. I have no idea what these things or objects are. I have gone back over everything I have eaten in the past week and they do not look like any food I know of.

I thought the same thing, tapeworms. How you would have (if you have) gotten them I have no idea. Check your stools for white pieces which would be break-offs from the parasites. You might want to save your stools for labs to ID the possible problem.
