Q: Local Medical Clinic and STDs

Can they test for STD's? If not, where do I go to get it done? If I get a prescription do my parents or anything need to sign anything, I'm 16. I've never had sex, never had oral sex but in grade 8 it started to hurt to urinate and now the tip of my penis has little little bumps. Not sure what it is, I wasn't concerned until I learned this year what leaving STD's can do, and now I'm getting into a relationship and I don't want to be left because I never treated it. Thanks in advance,

If you have never done anything sexual, then you probably do not have an STD.

Yes, there are many clinics that you can go to even if you are underage. You can look for ones in your area, call them up, and ask them for more information.

Bumps on the end of the penis are common. They are usually pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are not an STD, and they are not contagious. They are just a natural variation in penises. You can google them if you want to look at pictures and see if that is what your bumps look like.
