nope to suffer in jail is worse than theeasy way out they WANT to die...so they dont have to rott in a jail cell

I totally agree, i think its funny how most Pro-lifers are against abortion, but pro the death penalty.... Funny how the death penalty is accually killing a living breathing thinking person, but to abort a fetus is so much worse.... i dont agree with killing anything im against abortion but i understand certain circumstances (rape, etc)

yeah i also believe in the Death Penalty, if you take some1s life away from them, you should have the same done to you. an eye for an eye. Yes quite old fashioned thinking, but i believe thats the best way to do it.

Jails are horrible. My mom goes to jail all the time to see her clients, and the jails are dirty, horrible food, and have gangs in them..... Their not safe, and they DONT work...... How many people in jail go in there being a drug dealer, and come out being a drug dealer???? Umm lets see most of them.... So maybe thats a place we should be putting our tax money.... Sad but true !! The society and it's law are a total waste of time ...
the invasion of anothers body should be dealt with more severly, however, the people that can harm another in that way are sick, and need some sort of medical help, so to throw them in jail is a waste of time, as they will re-offend, not the same as drug dealers that are out to gain money and status. They don't need medical help as most drug dealers are not users.. once released from jail, they also will re-offend, so really, both kind of offence should be dealt with in a different manner .... the imprisonment service just isn't doing you and me any justice, so why should we have to pay for it...

Nope i don't beleive in any sort of premature death be it judicial homicide (i just know that word is still gonna be censored)abortion or euthanasia/suicide to take anothers life is wrong no matter what lable you put on it

i agree, not all jails are like you described. my moms works in a jail as a deputy and allthough bad things do happen in there it's not like the scummy nasty place you described.

of course it's not like the hilton hotel either, that's why i'd like to continue to be a good kid and never go there Laughing

In a word, no.

There are disparites in areas such as economics and race regarding who receives the death penalty in the US. Many people have been exonerated due to incompetent defense, inadequate evidence, or just purely no evidence.

I suggest everyone read "Dead Man Walking" the novel by Sister Helen Prejean. (The movie was based of it-but as usual, the book is so much better.)

Personally, I don't want to pay tax dollars so some jack-off who raped and murdered a child can sit in a warm building, get free health care and watch cable! I want his butt dead. Jail doesn't work. Rehabilitation doesn't work. These people are sores on society.

If someone is given a life sentence and has exhausted his/her appeals, or has been given a sentence of death, then I believe in it. Why should our tax dollars be spent keeping these people healthy and comfortable when they've commited crimes worthy of such heavy punishment? Isn't this money better spent elsewhere?
