i think you can adopt since you're 18? (i don't really know and i hope i don't sound stupid because i really have no idea, but you're considered an adult at the age of 18 so I would think so?)
but talk to her and see how she feels about it. help her out as much as you can and let her know that you're here for her, and in the meantime teach her about birth control
