Well I have been on three anotobics and
one round of 6 days steriods and sinus
med's for a sinus infection is what the
doc said i had, i am still have extreme
pressure between my eyes on the top of my
nose with pressure on left side of my jaw
and ear pressure and major headaches. At
times i get light headed and dizzy and
really don't feel like my self and have
had panic attacks due to this. While I was
on the last two antobics and the steriods
i feel better until the meds run out then
right back to feeling the same again the
pain pressure and misery.
I take ib800 three four times days to
relieve the pain but doesnt and use hot
comproesses on my face to relieve and
doesnt really help what is it and how do i
get rid of this and get some relief and
feel normal again.

Have you tried cleaning your sinuses with
a salt water bath?
There's a specific tool used by people in
India called a "neti pot". I started
using the salt water baths last year b/c
of my history of extreme sinus
infections...and I only got sick once last
winter. Much better than
medications...when taken regularly (1-2
times per day).
