Hello i'm a 29 year old male and for a long time i've been getting this stretching feeling in my left arm. It use to come and go but now its getting more freakwent and its starting to worry me sometimes my left hand gets numb also. Sorry but thats the best way I can explain the pain I'm wondering if this could be arthritis or something else. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

Could be tendonitis, but I can't say for sure. Sounds strange. Your hand going numb could be carpal tunnel or a nerve problem. Either way, I would play it safe and see a doctor.
