Q: Strange Bump

I reciently noticed a small hard white lump on the inside of my nose towards the front. It is very small and has been there for a few weeks and has not gotten any bigger. I kept thinking it was some kind of pimple and was waiting for it to pop but it is really just a hard lump. Any ideas of what it could be? It doesn't hurt but you can see it when you look at me as it is right at the front of my nose so I want it to go away!!

hiya..its probably something like a small polyp or an ingrowing hair that has built up some hard tissue around it, if you go to your gp im sure they would probably lance it off for you no prob, hope it heals soon.x
