Hey
Cerebral palsy is a caused by lack of oxegyn before birth or trauma to the head. Basically part of the brain doesnt function properly. A person with cerebral palsy can live a normal life----Unfortunately its not curable as far as I know. I work with the cerebal palsied for a living as well as other developementally disabled persons.
