Q: Large Vein On Penis

Hey guys i just recently noticed a large vein on the left side of my penis along the shaft. The vein is soft and it slightly hurts when i touch it. It just appeared there and im kinda worried. Just wondering what you guys would think it is. It might just be nothing so ill let you know how it does in the next few days.
