Q: Lumps in Testicles?

My boyfriend showed me something today. He made me feel one of his testicals and its like there are little marbles in it and it goes all the way down to his testical. does anyone know what this could be so he can research it and contact his doctor about it. Please help i am very worried about it.

I have no idea what it could be, so I think he should go to a doctor so the doctor can tell him what it is.

Does it hurt him? It could be nothing but it could also be something...it might be something as small as a cyst or two or it could be some kind of an ingrown hair or something from sweating in that area, there are many things that it could be so he would probably have to see a urologist and they might send him for an ultrasound. I worked in a radiology office and we often had men come in for a testicular ultrasound and at times it was nothing at all but I urge you to have him see a doctor right away.
