Q: My Penis

hi i have a question , why like all around the head and on the bottom side of the head it is the color blue. sometimes this is more noticable than other times. is this normal. i have not had sex . only masturbated.also is it normal that your balls feel sore when your going through puberty? im 14

I've never seen a blue penis before, but as long as you can get erect and ejaculate then I don't think it is a problem. I'm not a guy, but it would seem logical that your testicles could hurt during puberty.
