Q: Pain In the Upper Right Rib

I started having a pain in my upper right rib a few days ago. It hurts from the upper right ribto just below my breast. It has a burning sensation whenever I turn just right. I cant sleep on my right side anymore because it hurts too much. It is twice as sore when I wake up then when I go to sleep. I tried to take some Ibprofen to decrease the burning, but it doesnt seem to help. 
Does anyone have any suggestions it to what it could be? And what it could be caused by?
