Q: Tinkling Sensation When Eating Chicken

I have been experiencing a very warm tinkling sensation in my arms and sometimes in my legs within about 15-30 minutes after eating chicken. This doesn't happen all the time and it doesn't matter as to how it is cooked. Is it possible that I am developing an allergic reaction to chicken or could it be something that might have been fed to certain chickens?
