I probably should post this in the allergies section but people actually read and post here, so i wont be surprised if it gets moved but thats why im posting it here.

Everyday this week so far, as soon as im done eating breakfast or lunch, I feel really sick in my stomach for the rest of the day. Its evening now, again - I havent eaten since around 11am and I dont feel hungry at all just sick. Im drinking lots of diluted juice and exercising my usual amount, im not eating anything out of the ordinary. I just got my period...could that be why? Ive never felt sick in the days leading upto it or during it before.

Any thoughts?
