Q: Tonsilitus :(

wills has cuaght tonsilitus Sad hes on antibiotics and is very groggy at the moment. all he wants is cuddles. bless him
we first thought there was something wrong when he had a high temperature and was actually staying still when you cuddled him (he isnt called wiggles for nothing)! he wouldnt eat any solids and hes usually always very good with his food as he loves his food.
i called the doctor at work and he said its probably just a fever and if i was worried i should bring him in for a check up. and i did. after all the examinations (which was fun cos i had to hold him down - lots of screaming!) he said that he was wrong and it was actually tonsilitus
at least we know whats wrong and we can treat it. it probably would've cured itself but would've taken longer without treatment. at least hes on the mend now.
hes at his nannys tonight though as ive got to go to a beauty conference tomorrow morning all day. i miss him already Sad

tnx but things seem 2 be getting worsed 4 wills. hes got spots on his back, tummy, bum and slowly coming on his legs. i think its chicken pox. what a couple of weeks wills is having Sad

Rose-maybe he is allergic to the antibiotic? Chicken Pox at his age could be dangerous. You can try a little Benadryl (if he's old enough) to see if the spots diminish.

the spots are dissapearing thank heavens for that. i could've been a reaction to the antibiotics, i agree, but ill never know now if his spots are gone x
